Room Rates
Nicholson House Inn offers nicely appointed rooms with very comfortable beds.  We believe when you travel you want a comfortable place to sleep.  As such, we try and make our beds something special, something you may not have at home.  Comfortable beds and friendly hospitality are where we start, everything else follows.

We are conveinently located in the Heart of Mendocino within easy walking distance to everything Mendocino has to offer.  We are not the fanciest inn in town and don't want to be.  We do provide a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the area.  Our rates are generally less than most of all the other inns in town.  We always have at least one room for less than $100, a rare find in the town of Mendocino.  We adjust the rates seasonally with lower rates in the slower fall and winter months and the higher rates in the summer and busy holidays.  In between those times we have our mid season rates.  The following describes the rates for each type of room and when which rates apply.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if canceled more than 7 days of reservation less $30/room. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days of reservation date. If rooms are resold, funds will be returned less $30/room.

Book the Admiral's Deck Suite  Directly with us for any 2 consecutive week nights (Sun.-Thurs.) nights staying between Nov. 1 & Apr. 30 and get $25 off the total cost of your stay.  This discount applies only to this suite which has a great view of the ocean, has full kitchen, living room, and private bath.  Suite sleeps 4 with a king size bed and queen size sofa bed. Treat yourself while the opportunity is here.  A whole suite for what you would pay for a single room at most inns. 
Book the Presbyterian Views Suite  Directly with us for any 2 consecutive weeknights (Sun.-Thurs.) nights staying between Nov. 1 & Apr. 30 and get $20 off the total cost of your stay. This discount applies only to this suite which has a full kitchen, living room, and private bath.  Suite sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and sofa bed.
